Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech Program

The duration of the M.Tech program is two years. To be eligible for admission to the M.Tech program at RITM, candidates must adhere to the following criteria as per AICTE regulations:

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant stream.

Minimum Marks

A minimum of 50% marks (47.5% for reserved categories) in the qualifying degree is required.

GATE Score

Applicants need to have a valid GATE score. If no suitable GATE-qualified candidates are available, selection will be based on merit, with remaining seats allocated accordingly.

Admission Process

The admission process for the B.Tech program at RITM involves the following steps:
